Where to Connect

Individual Therapy

Face-to-face counselling provides a wonderful opportunity to journey together through the therapeutic process. Meeting together in an authentic, warm, and intentional space can enable clients to move towards a vision of experiencing new hope.

Location: Mona Vale

The Northern Beaches is a stunning place to live and connect. Rather than meet in an office space, some clients may prefer to meet outdoors. Walking along the beach or sitting amongst nature can provide wonderful benefits to the therapeutic process. It can provide a space to be still and present to your surroundings alongside someone else who cares about you and your journey.

Online Therapy

Meeting face to face isn’t always possible or desirable. Thankfully, technology is now at a place where software applications such as Zoom can provide a platform to facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships.
